hi everyone, it's thursday, and i'm feeling a bit better today. i asked my therapsit today for something personal to hang on too since i have a hard time in between sessions and he gave me something and it's helping so far of course it's only half a day. i'm a little nervouse about the food tomorrow. we are having a cookout here for pre-memorial day. i see my dieatician on sunday. i'm not sure how i'm going to deal with the food. part of me doesn't want to eat at all. i already feel ***. I'm going to pray about it. I wish this addiction would stop kicking me in the face.

Holidays & group gatherings can be super stressful when they involve food. The good news is that the further you get along in recovery, the easier that will get. I hope everything went okay this weekend. Stay strong!

You must go out with your family and friends .You need a break from daily routine.You need some space to enjoy your self.
