Hi. I'm looking for a penpal of sorts with whom I can discuss my day with. I want to be able to share my problems with food and have someone to talk to when I freak out and binge. I want to be able to listen as well.

Hello everyone, I am in dire need to talk to someone in nutrition backround. I have a friend who is developing an eating disorder because food is working against her and I really would love to talk to someone about her options other than Anorexia- she has tried everything healthy imaginable in the past years and now she is really struggling. Anything would be wonderful.
