We provide specific treatment for the eating disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders, whether you have an Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression or a Dissociative Disorder. Castlewood specializes in trauma resolution therapies, including EMDR, Internal Family System Therapy, and Attachment based therapies. Castlewood offers a full spectrum of care including, Residential, Step down with transitional living, Day Treatment, and Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

In all we do, we strive to help individuals build the confidence and skills necessary to let go of their patterns of restrictive eating, purging, and compulsive exercise. Our protocols are designed to help patients restore weight to within 90% of ideal body weight and to minimize relapse with binge eating, vomiting, and compulsive exercise. Our goal is to empower each patient to develop the capacity to act from a state of mindfulness. When in wise mind a person is able to change how food and body image is used to express underlying emotional needs and concerns. Our individual psychotherapy sessions allow for in-depth exploration and group work helps integrate newly acquired skills. Patients leave McCallum Place with the tools and strategies necessary for healthy eating and with practices useful for discovering a more balanced and satisfying life.
Levels of care: 24 Hour Residential; 6-hour Partial Hospital Program; 10-hour Partial Hospital Program; Intensive Outpatient Programs – Phase I and Phase II; Transitional Living
