COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS >
Focus on having an attitude of gratitude by posting a list of the things you are grateful for on your mirror, in your car, on your refrigerator, or your desk at work. If you are feeling bold, post your list on your facebook page, on ANAD’s facebook page and on Twitter #CountWhatMatters, and get others to do the same! Solicit there help by telling them what you are doing and why you are doing it–EDAW!
If you are looking for a way to be bold today, take the time to tell someone why you are thankful for them and tell them why you are doing it! Remember, “Count What Matters” is all about helping make other aware of Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
