Take the time to celebrate your recovery–each minute you’ve dedicated to making yourself better, accepting yourself, and accepting others is a victory! Own it and be proud! Post the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years that you have been recovered to our Facebook page.
After celebrating your own recovery, take the time to support someone who is still struggling with their ED. Reach out via the ANAD online forum, Facebook, a local area support group, or sign-up with ANAD to be a resource person. Paying it forward is important!
